Beta Participation Terms

Thank you for your interest in testing our prompt-engineering web app (“the App”). Please read these terms before participating in our beta program. By signing up for the beta, you agree to the following:

1. Beta Status
The App is currently in a beta phase, meaning it is under active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues. Functionality, performance, and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. No Sensitive Data
Do not input or upload any sensitive, confidential, or personal information into the App. This includes but is not limited to: personal identifiers, financial data, passwords, or proprietary business information.

3. OpenAI API Keys
If you provide your own OpenAI API key for use with the App, it will be stored securely and used solely for enabling the App’s functionality for your account. You are responsible for your OpenAI account usage, costs, and compliance with OpenAI’s terms of service. We will never share your API key with third parties.

4. Feedback
As a beta participant, you agree to provide reasonable feedback on bugs, performance issues, and feature requests when requested. We may contact you via email for follow-up questions.

5. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or cost incurred through use of the App during the beta phase.

6. Changes and Termination
We may modify or discontinue the beta program at any time. Your access may be revoked for any reason, including misuse, violation of these terms, or inactivity.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws in the United States.
